I was tired of all of the barriers to the meaningful connections that come with in-person communities. I LOVE in person community and would rather spend my time there than on social media but with a business, a relationship, local family, a full social calendar, and lots of volunteer engagement, my time is limited. I imagine that yours might be as well.

So I decided to step into the creator role and host a community online where people can show up and create real value and real connection.

In this community, we will engage in dialogue, share content, seek guidance, build connections centered around how to live a more authentic, passionate, liberated, soulful, resilient, emotionally competent, present, mindful, sensual and intentional life.
The intention is that we are each working towards building a life that LIGHTS US THE FUCK UP!
.
We CHOOSE the following:
***
Being a Creator over being a Consumer.
Courage over Comfort
Love over Fear
Responsibility and Ownership over Stuckness and Victimhood
Showing up as a WHOLE IMPERFECT HUMAN over HIDING or POSTURING
***
We will engage with each other using the Pillars of Transformative Relationship:
*
MutualityWe are all equal and supportive of each other’s choices.
*
VulnerabilityWe take the emotional risk to build connections and to grow beyond our current limits.
*
Radical Consent as Co-Creation – Nothing is forced upon anyone. We work together to build the world/life/community we desire. We invite rather than demand. We seek permission, rather than forgiveness.
*
Use of the Erotic (not sexual) Sharing experiences of the 3 above pillars, as well as connection over food, art, literature, movement, spirituality, music, comedy, etc.
*
Topics that are welcome:
*
Love, Relationship, Sexuality, Emotional Intelligence, Health, Business, Masculinity, Trauma Healing, Plant Medicine, Femininity, Gender Dynamics, Race, Diversity and Inclusion, Communication, Food and Body, Mindfulness, Spirituality, Personal Growth, Advice for COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS!
